ReShip a Previously shipped order

Select the Schedule that is to be shipped

Select the Schedule that is to be shipped

After searching by order, click the number showing under the schedule

Select the schedule that is being shipped

  1. Select the schedule that is being shipped and update the ship now field with the quantity needed to be shipped
  2. Click Ship Button
  3. A new shipment in Planned status will be created

Go to the shipment that is in Planned status now.
Shipments Outbound -> Enter order number from and Order number to
Click Search button
The newly created shipment will be in Planned status
Click the number under count

Ship Confirm the planned shipment

  1. If this shipment is to be shipped through Echo, create a booking request. Refer the section booking request in this manual for details
  2. Once BOL number is assigned, click the Ship button to finally ship the shipment
